Custom SaaS solutions

Software built around how your company works.

When off-the-shelf tools force your team into spreadsheets and workarounds, we design and build secure cloud software around your processes — internal platforms, customer portals, or a SaaS product you sell to others.

Signs you've outgrown your tools

If this sounds familiar, it's time.

Spreadsheets run the business

Critical processes live in shared spreadsheets that break, duplicate and depend on one person.

The same data, typed three times

Information is copied between CRM, accounts and email by hand — slowly and with errors.

Paying for tools you half use

Several subscriptions, none of which fit, and still a gap where your real process should be.

An idea others would pay for

You've built a way of working that customers or partners keep asking to use themselves.

What we build

Three kinds of platform — one way of building them properly.

01

Internal operations platforms

Replace spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one system for how your team actually works.

  • Workflows, approvals & tasks
  • Scheduling, bookings & resources
  • Dashboards and reporting
02

Customer & partner portals

Give clients, suppliers or franchisees a secure place to order, upload, track and communicate.

  • Secure sign-in & permissions
  • Documents, quotes & invoices
  • Status tracking & notifications
03

SaaS products

Turn your expertise into a product other businesses subscribe to — built to scale from the first customer.

  • Multi-tenant architecture
  • Stripe subscriptions & billing
  • Onboarding, admin & usage analytics

Built in from day one

The parts that make software safe to depend on.

01

Security & access

Single sign-on, role-based permissions, audit logs and encryption in transit and at rest.

02

UK GDPR-minded

Data minimisation, retention rules and UK or EU hosting on request, with clear data processing terms.

03

Integrations & API

Connected to your accounting, CRM, ERP and payment tools — plus a documented API of its own.

04

Scales with you

Cloud infrastructure that grows from ten users to thousands without a rebuild.

05

Web and mobile

Responsive web apps for the office, with companion iOS and Android apps when teams work on the move.

06

You own it

Source code, data and cloud accounts in your name, with documentation and an optional support plan.

How a SaaS project runs

Start focused, prove it works, then grow it.

  1. 1

    Discovery

Free call, then workshops with the people who will use it, to map the process and priorities.

  2. 2

    Prototype

Clickable screens your team can try before any code is written — so the right thing gets built.

  3. 3

    First version

A focused, production-ready release of the features that matter most, delivered in fortnightly sprints.

  4. 4

    Grow & support

Monitoring, support and a roadmap of improvements driven by how the platform is really used.

Questions

Frequently asked.

When does custom software make more sense than an off-the-shelf tool?

When your team spends hours on workarounds, copies data between several tools, or the process that makes you different simply doesn't fit a standard product. Custom software pays off when it removes that manual work or becomes part of what you sell.

Who owns the software and the data?

You do. The source code, the database and the cloud accounts are set up in your name and handed over with documentation, so you are never locked in to us.

Can it connect to the tools we already use?

Yes. We integrate with accounting, CRM, ERP, e-commerce, payment and email platforms through their APIs — and build an API for your platform so other systems can connect to it.

How secure is it, and where is the data hosted?

Platforms are hosted on established cloud providers with UK or EU data residency on request, encrypted connections, role-based access, audit logs and regular backups, designed with UK GDPR in mind.

How long does a project take and how is it priced?

It depends on scope, so we don't publish prices. After a free discovery call we propose a focused first version with a fixed price and timeline, then grow the platform in stages based on real use.

Tell us what slows your team down. We'll show you what software could do about it.
